Support for every family

Our teachers and learning and wellbeing support teams work with our families. We co-design plans that help students learn in the way that works best for them.

Families actively support student learning through programs like the School P&C, Classroom Connector, and the PUPIL Program. Regular workshops and sessions help families reinforce student aspirations and engagement.

High quality education and expert staff

We offer our students a wide range of subjects and opportunities. This empowers them to learn, develop skills, and discover their passions.

Staff are dedicated, experienced, and committed to high expectations. Instructional leaders guide grade teams in collaborative planning and professional growth, ensuring every student benefits from quality teaching and continuous improvement.

Academic Excellence & Core Values

We maintain a strong academic focus, especially in literacy and numeracy.

Core values - Truth, Respect, Responsibility, Kindness, Effort, and Loyalty - are explicitly taught and supported by Choice Theory principles, which guide wellbeing and behaviour programs.

Diverse and Inclusive Community

In 2025, the school enrolment is 876 students from 54 countries and 60 language groups, with 66% from non-English speaking backgrounds. Key cultural groups include the Indian Subcontinent (18.5%), Chinese (18.9%), and Korean (6%) communities. Aboriginal students represent 1.5% of enrolments. Experienced EAL/D educators provide targeted support for English language learners.

"BHNPS is such a special community! My child is thriving academically, socially, and emotionally - a true reflection of the school’s wonderfully supportive teachers and staff who are deeply invested in helping every student reach their full potential. As a parent, I’ve also felt so welcomed and valued through our active P&C association. It’s been a joy to contribute to events and activities that build connection, belonging, and fun for both children and families alike. We couldn't be happier with the community we've become a part of!” Corinne Leslie, parent — a parent of Baulkham Hills North Public School
