High potential and gifted education

At our school, we give the right support to help gifted learners to grow and do their best.

Information communication technology

At Baulkham Hills North Public School, we value the rich learning experiences that purposeful interactions with technology provide. Our goal is to help students become confident, future-focused learners who use technology safely, responsibly, and effectively.

We recognise that when information and communication technology (ICT) is intentionally integrated across all learning areas, it significantly enhances student engagement, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. This deliberate integration supports students in developing the critical thinking and digital literacy skills essential for success in the 21st century.

Our approach aligns with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) expectation that ICT capability is embedded across all syllabus areas, ensuring that technology meaningfully enriches teaching and learning at every stage.

Bring Your Own Dedicated Device (BYODD) program.

Students in Years 4–6 at Baulkham Hills North Public School have the opportunity to participate in the school’s Bring Your Own Dedicated Device (BYODD) program. This initiative allows students to use their personally owned iPad at school to enhance and support their learning across all curriculum areas.

Please note that participation in the BYODD program is optional for students.

Further details about the BYODD program can be found by contacting the school.
