Baulkham Hills North Public School Parents & Citizens Association
The Baulkham Hills North Public School Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) is a member of The Federation of Parents and Citizens Associations of New South Wales. Our objective is to:
- Promote the interests of the school by bringing parents, citizens, students and teaching staff into close co-operation
- Assist in providing facilities and equipment for the school and in promoting the recreation and welfare of the students at the school.
Membership is open to all parents and guardians of pupils attending the school and to all citizens within the school community.
We have an active P&C Association in our school community. We meet twice a term on the third Tuesday of the month via Zoom at 7.30pm. We encourage all parents to join us.

2023
The first meeting of the P&C for 2023 is Tuesday 21st February 2023 at 7.30pm on ZOOM. A ZOOM link will be sent via Signmee in the days before the meeting.
2022
Dates for the P&C meetings for 2022 were as follows:
Term 1:

Membership
In order to be a voting member of the P&C Association, parents and carers must become a member and pay a $1 membership fee. A month after joining, a member can vote on any motions.

The following executive roles are crucial to the successful running of our P&C:
- President
- Vice-president x2
- Secretary
- Treasurer
We would ideally like to the fill following non-executive office bearer roles:
- Grants co-ordinator
- Fundraising co-ordinator
All positions are declared vacant at our AGM and parents have the opportunity to nominate candidates for the office bearer roles. Our P&C plays a valuable part within our school community and we cannot operate without the involvement of our parents.
There are many ways to be part of our school community. Becoming involved as a parent volunteer is not only rewarding, it is also a great way to keep abreast with what is happening at our school. Seeing a big smile on your child's face when they see you helping in the classroom; helping in the uniform shop; assisting with organising our fundraisers or being a parent helper on excursions, is very rewarding. It is these shared moments that you and your child will always value and remember.
